AIBS was engaged to deliver a fully accredited ISO 17025 testing laboratory for the FGJV project in the Snowy Mountains. This turnkey solution supported critical material testing operations in a remote and logistically challenging environment.

• Custom Design & Build: Delivered a purpose-built laboratory facility aligned with ISO 17025 standards and project specifications.

• Remote Site Delivery: Successfully mobilised and demobilised personnel and resources in a remote alpine location.

• Compliance & Training: Managed all onboarding, site inductions, and compliance training, including first aid and permit-to-work.

• Third-Party Coordination: Oversaw subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery and integration.

​

• Logistics Management: Coordinated transport, delivery, and on-site handling of all non-contractor-supplied materials and equipment.

​

• Operational Readiness: Maintained plant and equipment, implemented noise and safety controls, and ensured full compliance with Australian and international standards.

​

• Project Handover: Submitted comprehensive as-built documentation and participated in all required safety and planning meetings.

​

• Environmental Stewardship: Managed waste and preserved materials throughout the build program.
