Asphalt Pulverisation

Asphalt pulverising is a highly effective process that can address common pavement issues, including severe cracking and polishing caused by continuous traffic.

By grinding up existing surface layers in place, this process creates a new paving mix using all the old material and new, eliminating the need for costly excavation. Recycling the existing material, insitu means trucking and storage is eliminated for the old materials.
This means faster turnaround times, less delays, costs saving.

The mixer is an excellent solution for those looking to save costs and reduce their environmental impact.
Allowing for the addition of further materials, along with lime and water as required. It provides a more efficient and sustainable mixing process.
