Our philosophy has been to build and support Aboriginal health organisations so that they can focus on delivering primary health care services that contribute towards increasing the health status and lifespan of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People. It has been a natural progression of our organisation to expand from these beginnings and offer our diverse range of services to a wider market to include all Aboriginal community controlled organisations such as Aboriginal Land Councils, Shires and Councils.

Services are provided with a unique “inside – out” approach by working closely with an organisation to identify issues and achieve results. Managing Director, Mr Alan Eldridge, has an intimate understanding of issues and challenges often faced by Indigenous organisations. AIBS is made up of a number of qualified professionals in a range of business disciplines and is enhanced by Mr Eldridge’s 30 years of practical business experience.
